Tailored profiles

One profile per kind of role. Each with its own CV.

Going for more than one kind of role? Keep a profile for each, like a card in a wallet, and apply with the one that fits.

  • Up to eight profilesEach with its own CV, headline, about, skills, links and card color.
  • The company gets a copyOf the profile and CV you applied with, as they were at that moment.
  • Its name stays yoursCall it anything: companies never see the name you give a profile.
  • Ready at a glanceEach card shows how complete it is, and what's missing.

Questions & answers

Before you start.

Do I need the company to use HireDec.?

No. Applications to companies that hire on HireDec. update on their own, marked Verified by HireDec. Any other application, you can add yourself, or track from your inbox by connecting Gmail or Outlook (read-only).

What does a company see when I apply?

Your name and contact details, and a copy of the profile you applied with (headline, about, skills and links) with its CV, as they were when you applied. Never your profile's name, your private notes and to-dos, your CV labels or your other applications.

If I edit a profile, does the company see the change?

No. A company keeps the copy it received when you applied. Your edits apply to the applications you send next.

Which files can I upload?

PDF and Word (.doc and .docx), as well as Excel, PowerPoint, ZIP, images and plain text for assignments. Documents with macros or scripts are refused; exporting to PDF usually solves it. How files are checked.
