Hiring is one of the most important conversations a person or a company has. Today it's spread across career pages, inboxes, calendars and chat apps. We're building HireDec. to bring it into one place that both sides share.
Why we're building it
Both sides of hiring are waiting on each other.
A candidate applies and hears nothing for a week. Was it received? Is it still open? Then three emails arrive at once: an invitation, a scheduling link, a request for another copy of the CV.
On the other side, a recruiter keeps the whole process together by hand: chasing times, forwarding CVs, answering “any update?” and copying notes between tools.
Neither side is doing anything wrong. They just don't share a place to work. HireDec. gives them one: a single application, with its stages, interviews, assignments, messages and decision, that both sides see from their own side.

The candidate and the hiring team work on the same application, and see where it stands from the same data. Nobody has to ask for an update.

What each side keeps for itself never reaches the other. Privacy isn't a setting; it's how the product is built.
Careful with what's shared
Every file is checked with proven open-source tools before anyone opens it. We'd rather use the best tool than write our own.

We're shaping HireDec. in an early pilot, together with the people who hire and get hired every day.

Candidates can follow their applications, keep tailored profiles, pick interview times and hand in assignments. Hiring teams can run jobs, pipelines, interviews and decisions together. What comes next will be shaped with the people who join our early pilot.
